Happy Holidays everyone! I hope you are all enjoying this winter season. While you were all snuggled up asleep in your beds, my husband and I were up at 3AM preparing for a fantastic weekend with two wonderful people Andy and Marisa. The plan was set- we met up at 4AM on Friday with plans to hit the road to sunny California! Only- in the back of my mind I couldn't help but be worried that the forecast read 40 degrees and rainy! Not only is this couple some of my favorite people but they are totally beautiful which makes my job just a little bit easier but the idea that it might rain the whole weekend made my a wreck! But with my husband at the wheel, we headed to California anyway-thinking positive! And much to our surprise- the weather wasn't insane at all- it was sunny!! We had a fun adventure running around Huntington Beach, eating at Ruby's on the pier and snuggling in the sand. The best thing is that the sun was perfect for us on Saturday when needed it and then we got to enjoy a lovely windy misty rain on the beach with Starbucks in hand on Sunday. Thank you Marisa and Andy for the awesome weekend and beautiful pictures!

Life is busy. I have come to find that I HATE that phrase...that excuse...that label...that season of life. Life will always be busy. Unfortunately, that means that there aren't always enough hours in the day to do what you love. To solve my cravings for some photography time this week, I decided to stay up into the weeeeeee hours of the night. It is now 3AM and I couldnt be more pumped full of adrenaline because of these sessions. I love the excitement I feel when I capture special moments like the photos below. I will always love photography. If the Lord allows me, I would do it full time until i am too weak to pick up my camera. Though this is such a cheesy Hallmark moment: I am so thankful and grateful that the Lord has let me do it as much as he has. I am so thankful for the abilities I have been given. I am so floored by those whom have trusted me with their milestones and family moments that, though I may not be related, I too will cherish for years and years and years to come. Hello All! I am ready to blog the much anticipated Nicole and Ethan Whittemore wedding! This wedding was one of the most exciting and detailed weddings I have done. The wedding was decorated in a vintage old time look and everything came together beautifully. IT WAS STUNNING! I seriously have too many pictures I want to show you all so bare with me. Things have been really busy! Weekend after weekend of photography for the people I love. Take Jessica and Anthony for instance. I love this girl. I went to Junior High and High School with this sweet girl and she is one of my most favorite people. Not only was it a blast to see her after a long time, but it was such a blessing in a very special way for my heart to see her come to this day- before the Lord- making a covenant to love and serve a man for the rest of her life. Not only just a man, a Godly man named Anthony. This guy surely knows how to make anyone around him feel warm and fuzzy. These two have such a way of showing Gods love in a very special way. There love for others drips with acceptance and common ground and its quite refreshing. I really loved being a part of this special day and loved watching them giggle and glow with love for one another. There is no doubt in my mind that they will have a wonderfully happy and fruitful marriage with Jesus directly in the center. Love you Jess :) SO happy for you! Enjoy :)

Wedding bells are ringing-not to mention for one of the most special people I know. I absolutely love my cousin Michael. We were the best of friends for the longest time and I hold a very special place for him in my heart. NOW I am making more room in my heart for the newest addition to his family- Miss Kelsey. She is so beautiful and everything I imagined for Michaels future bride. I have prayed and waited for the day for Michael to find the special girl to capture his heart that would push him closer to the Lord and encourage him to be the best man he can be and Kelsey does just that. I was so excited when I heard of their Disneyland engagement and couldn't help but send sweet thoughts their way as I imagined maybe having the opportunity to do their engagement pictures. Needless to say, when they finally asked me to do the job, I was sooooo honored and excited. I feel like this is one of the most loving and obvious engagement sessions I have done in a while simply because Michael is CRAZY about this girl and you can see the love they have for one another through their giggles and sweet glances. Michael and Kelsey I am so happy for you two and cannot wait until your big day. I love you both dearly. Enjoy :)

This is one of the best sessions I have taken in a long time: Ashley and Ryan. What an adorable couple so fun and loving to each other and others. I felt so welcomed and comfortable snuggling up with them in there truck as we headed out to a beautiful Scottsdale resort. What I loved the most is that these two show their love in such obvious ways- whether a glance, a soft word or a giggle- you can really see the love they have for one another. How fun is that? Also, Ryan is a fencer! OK OK not fencing with swords and tight white outfits- Ryan helps run a family company that puts up custom fencing. With that in mind, Ashley had a fun idea of doing their wedding rings on a fence- totally adorable and uniquely them! Yay for Ashley and Ryan and their many years together. Happy two year anniversary! Enjoy :)

Good Morning August! Can you believe the summer is already coming to a close? It feels like Christmas just ended. I am ashamed at my blogging efforts. Nonetheless here we are, the end of summer and what a perfect way to cap the summer with a few blog entries. Meet Joanna and Aneurin PART 4! From engagement pictures, to wedding, to one year anniversary to a trash the dress session. We didn't exactly trash the dress but we totally got some wonderful shots at a broken down home in Scottsdale. Poor little house was burnt down and tagged up with graffiti. To make the day even more exciting there was a giant bee hive in the wall of said house and let me tell you- I am NO fan of bees. I kept my eye on that hive the entire day as if I could do something if they decided to come out and attack us all. Joanna and Anerurin were awesome though- seasoned experts in the art of being photographed! These two are some of my favorite people to shoot because they are virtually up for anything. To make the day even more exciting, an SUV full of people pulled up the the house and threatened to call the cops on us for trespassing. A half hour session was all we needed and we quickly scurried back to my car to escape our potential arrest! The way I see it, sometimes you have to break the rules to get some fun shots and thats exactly what we did! Without further a-due- Joanna and Aneurins edgy wedding session! Enjoy :)

It is definitely prom season. I feel like every year the dresses get more poofy, more flashy and definitely way shorter. I saw a girl the other day trying on a dress that consisted of a tube across her chest and a mini skirt and her stomach was see-through covered in a layer of black lace! OH MY! Not my idea of a beautiful high school prom dress...more for a night club. But not these girls. The beautiful girls you are about to view were some of the most classy, polite and truly lady like girls I have met in a long time. No need to show of their bellies or backs to feel beautiful but what was totally awesome was that each of these girls are beautiful inside and out and had no problem letting that true beauty shine. My time spent taking their prom pictures was such a delight. THESE are true women and the kind that any boy would be lucky to call their own...oh and they were! Some of the best moments of the night was watching these boys admire their dates. Looking back, it might have been wise of me to bring some tissues for each of them to mop up their drool when caught in a daze at the sight of these beauties! I caught each of them from time to time really cherishing their dates and treating them like real men should! I don't mean to get all preachy and cheesy but there was such an feeling in the air that these couples really got it. True deep respectful friendship...even if they were or were not romantically involved. This is the kind of stuff that people search for in the world and only find cheap love and shallow selfish friendships. These kids got it. They knew what they had and it really was such a pleasure getting to document one of the more exciting days of their high school lives. Thanks for letting me be a part of it! Also, please note the AMAZING corsages and boutonnieres custom made by Bloomingals Floral Design. These girls really are quite talented and offer this kind of custom items for any occasion! What I really love is the packaging. It is always something so different and unique. Thank you so much Bloomingals for your participation in their big day! Ladies and gentlemen, enjoy. :)

Meet Tori and Eddie- the soon to be proud parents of a sweet little girl! When looking for a location for their shoot, I found the cutest little park that I once came across with Otilia Ceh (ocphotography.com) when I was second shooting a wedding for her years ago. I had totally forgotten all about it until I googled some parks in Sun City/ Surprise area and this sweet little housing development came up called Marley Park. OMG! I want to live here! We all agreed that this truly picturesque little area in Surprise Arizona was totally perfect for Tori and Eddie's session. This is Tori's very first child and you could see the glee and excitement all over her face when we were taking her pictures! Even her text afterwards to tell me she can't wait to see the images was bubbly! Its just really great to see a couple so happy and in love ready to take on parenthood! They are going to do great! I hope that you all enjoy this baby belly as much as I do!

Yellow is the color of sunshine and daisies and sunflowers :) Tawny and David are officially hitched! You may remember them from their engagement session a couple of posts ago. They are so sweet and fun and so of course their wedding was so fun and completely screamed their personalities! Tawny- the lover of all that is yellow-planned a wedding so quirky and beautiful that it truly was everything Tawny. Seriously, this girl loves yellow! Add that with her spunky addition of red and you have yourself Tawny and Davids beautiful golf course wedding. What I loved the most is that Tawny and David were so calm. They let their decor and the event do the talking as they would slip off in their own little world of time to time. This couple is so in love and shined it so brightly that it was such a joy to be a part of their special day. The sweet couple was also fortunate enough to wisk away to the Bahamas for their honeymoon! Overall, this event was so fun and you would have had to have had your eyes closed tightly not to see the love they have for one another! This post may be one of the longer wedding posts I have done in a while because there were too many to show! I hope you enjoy :)

Meet my most favorite little people in the world! The Sichrovski Family has been a part of my life since I was very young. I babysat each of these little guys since they were itty bitty and have grown up loving on them and seeing them turn into beautiful smart young ladies and little gentlemen :) When they would want to stay up with me and not go to bed, I used to put on boring movies in assurance that they would get bored of the movie and pass out...worked every time! I just adore the love and friendship I have developed with this amazing family of 7. Marg, Abby, the two older girls, and I simply love our girl nights together with british accents and good solid giggles! WELL! Their fun little family session took place at Anthem Park near their beautiful home. We had so much fun juggling the twins, stuffy noses, the urge to run to the play ground and some intense wind! The best part is, I have fun with all of them every time not matter the conditions. Everyone was so corporative and we just had to find some really great areas to hide from the winds intense pressure! I hope you enjoy this session! Feel free to comment below :) Enjoy!

What a couple; Matt and Laysa. You may remember them from their engagement session just a couple months ago! Matt and Laysa are dear friends and I was so blessed to be a part of their special day as not only their friend but their photographer. My Honey and I started going to a new church just 8 months ago and these two have been our friends ever since! There is such a love that these two share that I can't help but say is divinely given. In short, Matt and Laysa began their romance as friends, buds, but through a years time Matt and Laysa began dating last december, engaged in the summer and married by October!! How exciting is that? When God told Matt "Shes the one for you" Matt didnt seem to waste time in making her his. It has been such an adventure and blessing to see these two do things right and really create such a healthy loving relationship and build a foundation for a strong marriage! Meet Tawny and David. Tawny is a beautiful little lady with a sassy fun personality working towards being a hair stylist which is simply perfect for her! Next, David is the strong silent type it seemed, working towards being a pilot and eventually in the service. Tawny happens to have been one of my Honey's good friends in high school so when she asked me to take her engagement pictures and her wedding this coming March...I was ecstatic to say the least! These two are so adorable! It was such a pleasure to take their engagement pictures. They were so easy to work with and willing to do anything I asked of them which was so great! We were able to snag some great shots at sunset in Tempe and cap off the evening with some romantic kisses on the Tempe Town Bridge. Meet the Black family. What to say! They were sooo fun and such a joy to shoot this past weekend. They happen to be good friends with a family that I did pictures for last year and so they took the friendly recommendation and chose me for their family session! What an honor! Not to mention a referral is one of the biggest compliments EVER! Anyhow, we had fun talking, laughing and making silly faces! The Love that Stacy and Jason share is so inspiring...after 3 children! Some say that once the babies come it is never the same...romance out the door...but not for these two! Their love is as much alive as there three children Emma, Carter and Brooke. You will see what I mean in the romantic images below! It really gives me hope for my future marriage simply because they are so happy and in love :) SO After a very eventful morning at the library, we decided to do a few modern images outside where the concrete was sent by the LORD! Check out the detail (like stripes, drips, scratches etc) all over the concrete walls...it looks soo cool! I hope you enjoy their smiling faces and joyful laughter as much as I did!

Meet Lauren and Kyle. What a sweet couple! Lauren has been my very best friend since the beginning of time, literally, since birth. We go way back with a long history of fights and laughter, road trips and sleepovers, singing together, going to school together...etc! She is just one of those people that will stick by your side and stick with you through it all no matter if it means late nights or early mornings. She will also proudly be a bridesmaid in my upcoming wedding this February and she is very dear to my heart! Needless to say, I was so excited when Kyle and Lauren asked me to take their pictures this past Friday! Kyle has been one of the greatest joys for my friend Lauren. Kyle is a busy college study at ASU West studying Graphic Design and I have had such a hoot getting to know him. Because of how Kyle cherishes Lauren and loves her above anyone, she has blossomed and really learned more about herself and how valuable she is! BOY! I could go on forever about how great these two are but....the PICTURES are waiting :) ENJOY!!!

Christopher and I had an opportunity to get our engagement pictures this past July in California! We could not take the long trip over without stopping in to one of my absolute favorite dessert joints! What is it called you might ask??? Extraordinary Desserts!! Fitting right? Every time I have had the privilege to stop on in for some delectable treats, they have wowed me and sent me away full of sugar :) My favorite! Extraordinary Dessert has the most wonderful desserts fresh from their kitchen including beautiful cookies, cakes, pies, macaroons, fruit tarts, coconut cream, homemade ice-cream in wild flavors like honey and black berry, cinnamon and fig etc....Need I explain anymore? Its absolutely a treat to even look at the daily deliciousness that is never the same as the last time you came! The decor is one of a kind and beautiful. The cool thing is that they sell their own handcrafted tea leaves, chocolates, gift items, greeting cards, coffee beans, dishes, tea cups etc. Its the most unique place to even go to visit. The workers and so friendly as they are willing to describe each dessert like decedent mouse and fudge cake graces with a almond sugar and raspberry syrup medley, topped with a rolled dark chocolate straw, fresh roses and edible gold! What I truly love is all the fresh flowers and beautiful presentation. They will even make entire cakes for you to take home and take specific orders! Its so wonderful and I recommend it to anyone looking for a fun or romantic lunch and dessert experience with the one they love. We certainly love it :) ENJOY!

Do you remember this little munch?? Little Miss Jael Renee, my sweet niece, born February 2, 2010! Well man has time passed. This little sweetheart could barely open her own eyes here in the above image at 11 days old and now is speeding her way into her 7 MONTH OF LIFE! WOW! She is more girly and noisy and beautiful each day and I am sooooooooo entirely in love with little JJ.

From sitting up in her boppy at 4 MONTHS to her first easter, Jael has had quite the sweet little journey as she is totally brilliant and well....a stone cold cutie pie :) Since these last images I have taken some of her 6 months. Mind you, these were casual couch pictures, it definitely documents her permanent eye color, sweet chubby cheeks and little attitude! I just love her, and I know you all will too! ENJOY!

This next one is dear to my heart because this little sweetums sleeps with her hands behind her head...every time she is put down for a nap or bed time!!! Its so adorable and simply steals your heart!

Last fall we did some pretty fun shots of her simply for the fun of it! This was not hard and turned out to be one of my favorite sessions because did I mention she is beautiful??? She is a model for sure! I had so much fun running up and down random neighborhood streets almost getting hit by cars and running in the desert finding snakes with her. She is such a major blessing in my life and if I had to describe our relationship with one word, it would be LAUGHTER! We love to laugh, and when we are together, we do ALOT of it! She is my sunshine and this post is a "See Ya Later" for the next few years as we will see one another very little. I love you Cousin! ENJOY!

Welcome little Sammy!!! I am terribly late in posting Samuel's baby session, he is now growing like a weed and as big and noisy as ever. I met little Sammy's parents Sam and Teresa with my fiance Christopher when Teresa was prego and we absolutely adore their sweet family. They have been such delightful light hearted new friends in our lives and we could not ask for anything more. With Jocelyn now as a big sister (no longer the baby), she had to jump into a few shots to get a little attention which was completely adorable because BOY can that girl giggle. She could not stop laughing at the fact that I told her to "sit on your bum" so I could get a snap of her sweet smile. "BUM!" she would say as she snickered...."BUM!" hehehe...."AAA....BUM!" heheh she repeated for the rest of my time in their beautiful home. It was absolutely hilarious! Needless to say I had a great time with Teresa and her little sweeties as we documented Sammy's handsome features....ENJOY!!

Well well well, would you look at this. I spy with my little eye the CUTEST little BEHINDS in town! The two little cuties in question are Charles and Chelsie! These little buggers are such a blessing to their family and I love them so much! I used to nanny their sisters and brother when they were very young and now the girls are helping me when I watch these new additions! As their first birthday approaches, I thought it was only fair for their mother to have a few shots of their cutie behinds! This session was just for fun and little Charles, or Chuckles as his family has called him, loved being "nakey" but Chelsie, the Red Queen, had a few words to say about it! This particular family session at Anthem park holds a special place in my heart! I have worked with Carrie and Mike for many years as their son's Nanny and their personal assistant in the home and in their own small business. In the heat of the Arizona sun, Kayla and I had one mission, to capture who she was and what she was about! I believe that is what we did. The best part about my job is capturing the beauty, emotion and personality of people. Kayla was so sweet, innocent and shy and you could read it all over her face, but thats exactly what I loved about this session. She was who she was! Miss Kayla would never hurt a fly lol and her sweet spirit and beautiful smile really brought this particular session home. Kayla and I met up at the ASU West campus where had fun laughing and joking around as we scurried around to beat the heat and get her senior pictures! Enjoy!

have to apologize majorly! I have gotten SO busy that this blog has been the last thing on my mind! I am here to catch up and really try and stick with this! My recent posts will try to be in order but I can't promise that they will be spot on! Before I introduce to you the amazing Rachel I want to share a little that has been going on!

Since the new year came about, things have definitely changed for me. Priorities, my feelings towards certain things and believe it or not, my abilities have changed as well. The biggest change I have seen is a real noted closeness I have developed with the Lord. Granted I don't always give my 100% in giving Him the time He deserves, I am only human and He knows my intentions and my heart always. I feel like shouting from the rooftops my love for the Lord. I know some of you that read my blog don't believe or simply are still searching but I have never felt Him closer and I wish and pray so very much that you one day will know God like I do. Its like a warmth on me all the time that I can turn to. I know that the Lord has put a huge desire on my heart to share Him with others and I feel wrong not saying something here, where people read what I have to say.

Like I said, this year has brought a lot of ups and downs and difficult things. Suffering in small and in large. Even with knowing Jesus, suffering still comes, its a part of life. But somehow when I look to my God it makes it easier knowing someone is walking beside me, encouraging me and COMPLETELY understanding where I am coming from every step of the way. Its a peace I never could know without Him. This sweet little new born is Miss Jael Renee from the previous post. I love my little niece. I can't imagine what it feels like to be a mother when I love this little lady SOOO MUCH when she isnt even my own baby girl. Its amazing! I couldn't help but allow my mind to wonder to the fact that our God is amazing. She was the most anticipated arrival to our family this year and while we were taking long walks with Erin and watching her belly grow, God was knitting Jael in the most specific intricate way. He purposely made Jael for this world to bring him honor and glory and what a blessing it is that we get to be a part of it. I can't help but think that God chose her to be Erin and Josephs daughter and no one elses. That he entrusted them with her life to bring her up knowing Jesus! That's a big deal if you ask me! Anyhow, before her arrival I made her a collection of headbands! 16 to be exact. Some too big for her at the moment so I was only able to use these two in her little photo session. Some are also too small so I plan to save them for other newborns! I hope you take this time to appreciate the little bundle of joys God has given you whether 11days old or 23. No matter the circumstance, it was no accident. ENJOY!

Hello :) My sister Erin gave birth to Jael Renee Sanchez February 2, 2010! I am officially an aunt! It was the first time I have ever watched a birth (besides videos for school). It was the most sureal, cartoon, nobody can think God doesnt exist kinda thing I have EVER seen. I admit, I had a hard time with it all because I dont like seeing people in pain and therfore the tears in the room were flowin but wow! It was amazing. Jael is the sweetest girl in the planet! She immediately stole the hearts of every person in the room. She is so adorable and I love her so much. Its amazing how much you can love something so quickly! I just have to say, doing weddings is one of my favorite things! I feel like I can really connect with a couple because I am somehow becoming a part of what will be a major memory in their life. My pictures become something more then just images of fun and laughter but something possibly passed down from generations as mile stones of man kind! I know it seems cheesy but somehow I believe Im doing something much greater then taking pictures of a party! Kayla and Chris were just that...embarking on a new milestone in their life! Ok I am really sad that I have neglected this blog! Its simply because I have a facebook that I post all my new things on! You can go to facebook and search for me as Amy Fameli and find my things there! Anyhow here is a much needed update. I did some family pictures of my soon to be in laws! YUP! Christopher and I are engaged as of December 23 (my birthday). So look forward to some wedding updates, ideas and planning fun right here on my blog! Anyhow, It was fun, on thanksgiving day and it was perfect weather! We took these pictures specifically for a frame that Christopher's mother has for over her bed but I think we all look pretty good eh? Enjoy :)

Busy Life!

I am finally getting a schedule going with this whole TWO jobs, photography, school and family! I am really busy but I am honestly enjoying it!

I got my new business cards yesterday!!! YAY! They are so pretty :) And I should be getting my sketches for my logo today or tomorrow and from there I get to narrow it down! Lastly, I am in the process of getting a website! This is all so exciting!

Hi Everyone! I am so sorry that I havent written in a while! I recently got ANOTHER job along with starting school full time, editing a wedding in a timely manner AND having a family and boyfriend...and sleep...we cant forget sleep! I am ultra busy but I am really excited for all of these new bits of experiences in my life! On a photography note: I bought a logo! Thats right! Say goodbye to the LOGO above that my boyfriend Christopher made me and get ready for something new and edgy! Amber Mabe is a logo designer who agreed to make my AmyLeah Photography logo! I am really excited to have something official coming my way. I will be sharing it with everyone who reads my blog once it is finished and will hopefully be getting a website soon as well! Also! I bought an awesome external hard-drive that will be holding all my pictures that I have cloggin up my computer! Its really good news. Slowly but surely I am building things up so I am really excited!

To bring in some new posts here are some pictures from Carmen and Sorins wedding that I did a while a go :) They were so wonderful to take photos of! I love the backgrounds and colors involved in their special day! Sorry about the muted colors...this blog dulls things and doesnt accept high resolution pictures! Tomorrow is the big day, well at least it is for Linda and Dennis :) I have a great wedding tomorrow with a great couple that Im really excited to shoot! I rented the beautiful 17-55mm lense for such an occasion and so decided to take it out for a spin tonight! My cousin Danielle is one of my dearest friends and I hold her close to my heart. We decided to go out to some different random places and get some good practice in with this lense. This is a tiny preview of what is to come! So here are three of my favorites from today :)

Today is a special day for me :) I am being interviewed for a childrens portrait studio! I thought that it would be only natural for me to post some of my favorite children photos that I have taken so far. I am so excited to possibly get a new day-to-day job! And on top of that, I may get to be behind a camera which is really great!

This first picture is of Raegan. I was able to babysit her and got her to do some posing for me. This is only with an Powershot A560 so the quality is not so great but the expression and her doll-like features makes it worth a post!

These next pictures are her 18mo pictures that I took about a month ago! She is a fiesty little bugger but I got some of her looking and these are my favorites :)

A picture is something that will last forever. When I think about the fact that my pictures will be something that someone looks at for the rest of their life...pictures they will pull out for their children and grandchildren...wow that just amazing! Its an honor to be a part of creating a memory! For Esther and Nathan it was just that, creating lasting memories for their lives! Its also so fun capturing romantic, glamorous pictures that make the couple feel like rockstars! Its my pleasure to still see this couple every so often and they still radiate the love that I saw on their wedding day! I want to share bits and pieces of the weddings I have done before my new weddings from this fall come up. So here are some snipits of Esther and Nathans big day!

Some people have won what you would call "a genetic lottery" where they are beautiful without trying! One of my favorite weddings, actually my first wedding ever, was Emma and Luchi's wedding a year ago. They were such a beautiful couple and so inviting for a new photographer. I had NEVER picked up a camera until this day and it was truly an experience that got me hooked to the art of photography! It was so fun catching their love for one another. Emma and I have become friends since then and she is a doll. Thank you Emma and Luchi for starting my love of photography! Here are some of my favorite shots of the day!

Hello Everyone :)

Today, throughout the day, 4 different people asked/assumed Christopher and I were engaged. Its funny because everyone knew I liked Christopher before I knew I did again..and that the Lord had that in his plan for me, so maybe this is another God-Thing where people know Im engaged before it happens?? I dont know! I love Christopher with all my heart and we know we are getting married but I at least know its not the time yet, due to careers and financial situations but....I do wedding photography; therefore Im around weddings all the time...so why wouldnt I think about this from time to time? Getting married to the man of my dreams....having the perfect, unique wedding!

SO I have a thought: What does anyone think of having a man in the bridal party. There is one person in my life that has played a big role and I feel is very close to me that isnt all that close to my man. So whats so wrong with having him on my side? If Christopher wont have him on his. Even though we were simply talking wedding stuff for kicks and giggles and wernt being serious or planning it made me think whats the big deal? Sure it might look funny but he is very important to me so why should it matter?? Christopher doesnt have any opposing feelings towards this guy, and actually really enjoys him...but his groomsmen one day are to be HIS choice...not mine. Would I be being a jerk if I absolutely made him choose this guy simply for my sake? Im confused! So again I ask: If this person means a whole lot to me why cant I have a guy on my side of the wedding party??? Any comments?

FYI: Christopher and I are NOT engaged but we both know it is in the Lord's plans for us to be married eventually. When and how is still up in the air, as is alot of things on our path following Christ but we are content just waiting and growing together :) On another note, attached to this post are different pictures that I would say are some favs from Manu and Dennis' Wedding I did! Buenos Noche! It is 11:30 after a long day of work...a long week of staying up way to late I get on the computer before bed. I just started this blog yesterday and decided to give it the ol' first entry tonight! First off, a little about myself and why I started this blog: I am a budding wedding/everything photographer and am slowly but surely building my portfolio. I have a wonderful boyfriend named Christopher who has encouraged me and assisted me all the way and I love him dearly! We have been dating for a year and a half today actually! We plan to get married one day but for now love being around one another and well he works as a great assistant ;)

Thanks to Otilia Ceh's brilliant instruction, I have grown to love photography more then ever. Thank you Otilia for all your wisdom! I love working with her :) Otilia took me under her wing and really invested her time into me to teach me the fundamentals of photography. At first I was terrified of weddings as far as photography goes, but as event after event came along, I began to truly love being a part of that special day in peoples lives. Honest! Its a girls dream to have the most beautiful elegant wedding, and I get capture the beauty of it...WOW! :) No matter what happened, Otilia has stuck by my side and really shown me what a true friend is like as well as helped me grow in photography.

I feel a little behind but I want to start getting my photography out there! I am ready to push this business full speed and hope to start building some "fans" or followers of my blog/photography, like I am to so many other photographers! I love shooting abstract, random stuff as well as events and people. I just truly feel at home with a good SLR in my hand. Last but not least, I want people to know that I am a true follower of Christ. My passion and ability to capture beauty in this world would not be possible without the fervent pursuit of Christ after my heart. His love and Will will always come before everything else in my life. Its a good feeling going after your dreams and knowing that the Lord is setting the path before you.
